A program by the Association of Parents, Guardians and Friends of people with Autism in cooperation with the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and Sports.

Plot

Antihero: is the main character in a story who lacks conventional heroic qualities and passively dependent from someone else.

A group of young antiheroes with disabilities, trying to know more about acting in theater stage. Through their obvious love for it decide to put on a theatrical performance based on improvised scenes centered on superheroes. The young antiheroes are trained theatrically. At the same time we are getting to know the young antiheroes better with daily scenes of their lives. After all, to be a superhero you need to wear a costume or go through walls?

“Getting to know the theater is almost always a journey of getting to know ourselves. The theater often works therapeutically. Many people in Greece choose to do theater as amateurs to feel better. On the other hand, sadly, there are few groups of people with disabilities that choose to do theater. Everyone has the right to know more about theater and other arts. Everyone could be the main character of a movie. Everyone has the right to know more about herself/himself.”

Stories that are true, others that are fictional. And some that are both.Stories, events that will give you the shivers, namely “Rigors”.

 “The historic events of a city are not always boring. Especially when they include hangings, tortures, myths and legends. ‘Rigi’ is an inclusive documentary; firstly, for it encompasses many historic and non-historic chapters. But its most remarkable characteristic is that is made up by testimonies and statements of people who had kept silent and never spoken out about the terrifying events unfolding before their eyes. A historic but also unique documentary unlike anything you have ever seen. Stories and events that will leave you in awe, that will give you the shivers or otherwise ‘Rigors’.

Minos lives in Crete. He plays lyra. His grandfather, Minos, manufactures lyres: they play lyra together. With his grandfather
they play the lyre at the wildest seas, at the foot of Psiloritis, next to Venetian castles, deep inside gorges, together with horses. Minos spends his hours with his grandfather in Crete. Playing lyra, companionship with a stuffed dish. Till the end.
